Asia Pacific Rayon (APR) is Proud to be Awarded with ISO Certifications 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001

Asia Pacific Rayon (APR), Asia’s first fully integrated viscose rayon manufacturer is pleased to be awarded with ISO certifications for 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System certifications.

The ISO and OHSAS processes commenced prior to the start up of the facility in December 2018 and was completed in April 2019 by means of a compliance audit conducted by PT. SGS Indonesia, an independent certification body.

ISO (International Organisation for Standardization) and OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) are international standard-setting body consisting of representatives from numerous national standards organisations. Being an ISO and OHSAS certified company emphasizes APR’s commitment to provide a safe work environment, to reduce and where possible eliminate environmental impact and to produce quality products.

These certifications, complemented alongside PEFC Chain-of-Custody and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifications provide additional assurances to our customers and stakeholders of APR’s commitment to sustainability. This is part of the journey we are making towards continuous improvement.
