Quality Control Technician
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Textile Engineering, especially for fresh graduates.
- Strong knowledge of the yarn spinning industry, including Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to be stationed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, & MVS).
- Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
- Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word).
- Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace.
- Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
