Mandarin Translator
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies, Engineering or a related field
- Preferable having HSK or TOCFL.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, with a portfolio of translation work (Fresh graduate is welcome).
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus.
Job Descriptions:
- Translate documents, correspondence, and other written materials from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Interpret spoken communications in meetings, conferences, and other settings as needed.
- Ensure translations maintain the original meaning, tone, and context of the source material.
- Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry-specific terminology and evolving language trends.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Provide cultural insights and context to enhance the quality of translations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Yarn Textile Engineer
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Textile Engineering, especially for fresh graduates.
- Strong knowledge of the yarn spinning industry, including Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to be stationed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, & MVS).
- Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
- Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word).
- Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace.
- Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
Field Operator Chemical Plants
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, especially for fresh graduate.
- Willingness to be stationed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and on shift.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Job Descriptions:
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions and operation standard
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production and parameter records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Communicate with other department to make sure the operation can run smoothly
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization’s products according to production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards with 6S mindset
